Etxola (or “hut” in Basque) is an architect-designed house in the typical wooden style of the region located in the heart of Le Canon village in Cap Ferret.
The villa accommodates up to 14 people in its 7 en-suite bedrooms between the main house and the pool house.
Being on the heights of the village, the villa is a short 5min walk from the shops of Le Canon and its typical oyster village of the Bassin d’Arcachon, where you can taste oysters and local wine right on the water.
It’s about space
The main house and the pool house are in the heart of a 1800sqm landscaped garden where you can enjoy the numerous outdoor and covered terraces, the heated swimming pool, and the petanque court. The outdoor bar, and its brasero area complete the facilities.
Each area is equipped with its independent sound system and furniture to create clusters for each and every moment of relaxation, play, and sharing of convivial meals.
The interiors provide generous space and light and are decorated with sobriety, light colors, and finesse to welcome family and friends in a generous and sought-after setting.
Interior delights
The interior decoration is sober and of great finesse, atypical for a holiday home where everything has been thought out and put in place to welcome groups of friends and multiple families for a quality stay.
The main house comprises on the ground floor of a large open-plan living room (with fireplace), dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom for guests with reduced mobility (Queen size bed), a dressing room and bathroom with toilet; the level is completed by a laundry and storage room and an independent toilet.
The whole space opens onto the terraces and the large garden overlooking the pool.
When night falls
The first floor begins with an office and relaxation area leading to the master bedroom (King size bed) with its shower room and toilet, and three guest bedrooms (all double beds), two of which with a shower room and one with a bathroom, all three sharing an independent toilet.
The two bedrooms with their en-suite bathroom (double and Queen size beds) at the pool house complete the sleeping arrangement, a separate toilet serves both bedrooms.
